Despite all of the pandemic limitations, he came down here to Indonesia and mingle with our local technician team to deal with some more intricate cases. Johan is one of our HQ technicians that have a specialty in Cibes C1 - our Cabin Lifts line. 

Site visits and regular check-up is our must-have agenda for each of our customers. Ensuring quality is always well maintained - is a religion that our Customer Care believe in. After more than 6 years of running our Business here locally in Indonesia, Cibes realized that each market has different needs and demands. Even in a diverse country such as Indonesia, we encounter different cases every day. It’s not a surprise when some areas have heat issues more than others, for a mere example. And this is quite a contrast compared to our counterparts in European land. Being a factory direct elevator company allowed us to give further analysis to each of our customer’s unique cases and provide the best possible tailored solution for them.

Johan’s presence also helps us to grow as a company. It’s not every day we got the chance of mutual learning between two opposite markets.

Our technicians got some new knowledge from Johan and Johan learn more about some cases in Asia that he had never found in Europe. It's an opportunity to cross-learn between two opposite markets with each unique case.
