To get there, the training program focuses on several things. First, we want our lift expert to sharpen their skills so they can understand customers better. Sometimes as sales, we focus too much on the advantages of the products we have, before knowing the needs and problems of consumers in the first place.
We realize the crucial skill of really understanding what customer needs. We have no higher satisfaction than a customer telling us that we've figured out what they actually need before themselves. It's a common case for our customers to be distracted with what they think they want; and not know what actually they needed. But we're here for that. We're here for that journey. We like to sit down and listen to our customers to navigate and find the best ways to provide the solutions they actually need.
Through this training, we also force ourselves to accept the fact that customer buying trend is changing. And grow to adapt.
